You mostly do not. Pondros writes the note and files the tasks on its own. The two moments that ask for you are the Monday digest and anything it flags as slipping.

Yes. You can ask Pondros in Slack about a project, a person, or a meeting, and it answers from your notes and your board.

Who can see the notes from my calls?

Only the people who were in the meeting, unless you share them. See the security page for the current detail.
