Pondros captures what your team commits to and
chases it until it's done. No bot in your calls.

Free to start, no credit card · no bot joins your calls

One loop, start to finish.

Three jobs your team does by hand, in three tools that don’t talk to each other.

Someone is already doing this job.

Usually late, and usually the person who can least afford the hours.

By hand, every night

With Pondros, before you wake up

It sits in every call.

It listens through your computer's audio. No bot ever joins the call.

It checks before it chases.

At 08:55 it goes looking for proof the work landed. Then it chases what is still open.

Questions, before you ask.

Does a bot join my calls?

No. Pondros listens through your computer's own audio, so nothing appears in the participant list and nobody has to approve a bot first. That also means it works the same in Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, Webex or a phone call in the room.

Do we have to move off Asana or ClickUp?

No, and you should not. Pondros is not a place to keep tasks. It works the board you already have, pushing what it captures into ClickUp or Asana, and it deliberately does not build recurring tasks, dependencies, templates or time tracking.

What happens if someone ignores the reminders?

It escalates on its own. It warns the owner first, then tells whoever was owed the work, and finally replies in the thread the promise was originally made in. It never broadcasts to a channel to apply pressure.

Does everyone on my team need an account?

No. Assign someone a task and Pondros sets them up the first time, using the email on their Slack profile — that works for teammates, guests and people outside your domain alike. Billing is one workspace invoice, sized by the people who actually used Pondros in the last 28 days, so a teammate who never opens it is never billed.

Where does our data live?

On US-hosted infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, with each workspace isolated from every other. A SOC 2 audit is in progress and not yet complete. The full statement, including what we have not achieved yet, is on the security page.

How is this different from a reminder bot?

A reminder fires and forgets. Pondros keeps a ledger: who committed to what, by when, and whether it was actually kept. Before it chases anything it goes looking for evidence the work landed — an email that went out, a task closed in ClickUp — so the follow-up you get is informed rather than a blind ping.
